How GIH handles inquiries

When you select Send inquiry, your contact details and project brief are submitted to GIH and stored in the private WordPress GIH Notifications inbox. An email notification is sent to info@gih-asia.com through the configured GoSMTP mailer so we can respond to your request.

Drawings and confidential information

The selected drawing is uploaded, stored privately with your inquiry, and attached to the email notification to info@gih-asia.com. Website administrators can download it. Files are limited to 5 MB, subject to hosting limits. Please start with a non-confidential summary and agree an NDA and approved transfer method before sharing protected engineering information.

Job applications and CVs

Career form details and the selected CV are sent to recruiment@gih-asia.com through the configured GoSMTP mailer and stored privately in WordPress under GIH Applications. CV files are limited to 10 MB, subject to hosting limits. Only website administrators can view, download, or delete application records. Applications remain stored until an administrator deletes them.

Access and retention

Website administrators can view and delete submissions. Inquiry records remain until an administrator deletes them; email copies are managed separately in the company mailbox. Contact info@gih-asia.com with questions or requests regarding your inquiry data.
