How your inquiry is handled

When you select Send inquiry, your contact details and project brief are submitted to GIH and stored in our WordPress inquiry inbox. An email notification is sent to our team so we can respond to your request.

Drawings and confidential information

The selected drawing is uploaded, stored privately with your inquiry, and attached to the email notification. Website administrators can download it. Files are limited to 5 MB, subject to hosting limits. Please start with a non-confidential summary and agree an NDA and approved transfer method before sharing protected engineering information.

Access and retention

Website administrators can view and delete submissions. Inquiry records remain until an administrator deletes them; email copies are managed separately in the company mailbox. Contact info@gih-asia.com with questions or requests regarding your inquiry data.
