    This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of Batam, Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Batam, Indonesia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

    10. Changes to Terms

    GIH reserves the right to amend or replace these terms at its discretion. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
